The Victorious Vertical Silks & Rope Retreat brings aerialists together for a week of intensive training on aerial silks and rope. Held at Casa Chango near Puerto Escondido, this retreat blends structured daily classes with open training hours, conditioning sessions, creative workshops, and restorative community living.
Silks and rope technique sessions emphasize strength, control, dynamic movement, transitions, and sequencing. In addition to apparatus work, participants explore floor movement, mobility, flexibility, and creative exploration to help integrate expressive performance into their aerial vocabulary.
