To qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years old with 2–3 years of silk training experience. Admission requires an application, a skills demonstration video, and a $25 USD processing fee.
The training explores beginner-level aerial silks instruction, including safety practices, physical preparation, anatomy, class design, and foundational technique. Topics also cover injury prevention, warm-up structure, alignment, and basic rigging concepts.
To earn certification, participants must complete the course, successfully pass evaluations in knowledge, movement, and teaching, and provide proof of current CPR and First Aid credentials (which can be completed separately online).
