To qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years old with 3-4 years of silk training experience and have completed the Aerial Physique Level One course.
The training explores intermediate-level aerial silks instruction, including safety practices, risk assessment, sequencing, class design, and developing proper technique. Topics also cover focused warm-up methods, conditioning, and an introduction to dynamics.
To earn certification, participants must complete the course, successfully pass evaluations in knowledge, movement, and teaching, and provide proof of current CPR / First Aid credentials (which can be completed separately online).
