See a listing that is your’s that was added by our administrative team? Claim it and reap the benefits.

Every listing will have a contact page. Use this page to notify our staff who will begin a confirmation process, when approved, you will have access to the listing.

To connect listings, both parties must enter the required information in your listing’s Link Account section for the link to be mutual, otherwise, it will only display one-way.

 

Only published accounts are linkable, and connections can be added or removed at any time.

  • Click on your username icon on the top right of the website
  • Select My Listings in the dropdown menu
  • On the listing you’d like to boost, click Promote 
  • Choose the promotion that best suits your needs
  • Click on your username icon on the top right of the website
  • From the dropdown menu, select Account Details
  • At the bottom of the page you can update your password 
  • Click “Forgot Password?” on the Sign In page
  • Follow the prompts to create a new password
  • Click on your username icon on the top right of the website
  • From the dropdown menu, select Account Details 
  • On this page you may update your Display Username

Usernames are only used for the login process of our site. Updating your Display Username will change the name others see. Please view those direction to edit. 

If you are interested in updating your login username, this can only be updated from the administration side. Please email [email protected] for assistance. 

  • Click “Forgot Password?” on the Sign In page
  • On the next page, you may try any emails you have to see which is registered 
  • Unregistered emails will notify you with an alert of it being invalid
  • Click on your username icon on the top right of the website
  • Select My Listings in the dropdown menu
  • Find the listing you want to change and click “Switch Plan”
  • This new screen will provide you with package options, select which suits your listing needs best
  • Add new the information the package has provided for you from the pop up window at checkout or by editing the listing from your dashboard. 
  • Dashboard > My Listings > Unpublish 
  • This will publicly remove your listing, but it will remain on your dashboard
  • Dashboard > My Listings > Delete 
  • This will publicly remove your listing and delete it from your dashboard

Both options will terminate your subscription immediately

After you have chosen your subscription and created a listing, you will be required to pay for your package. The payment date will be your subscription renewal date, (also found on Account Dashboard>Subscriptions). 

All listings require approval before being published to BAA. This process can take up to 24-48 hours. Please keep in mind, your subscription begins running the moment a listing is submitted.

If the listing is denied, you may resubmit your listing. When that listing has been approved, the days between the denial of the listing to its approval will be added on to the subscription at the end of its term. (once you’ve cancelled). If the listing is not resubmitted within 30 days, it will be treated as a brand new submission. 

Offerings that are ongoing, such as Coachings or Teacher Trainings, will have an expiration date of 2 years. Removal before that time is possible, as is, extending the expiration at the 2 year mark. 

  • Dashboard > My Listings > Unpublish 
  • This will publicly remove your listing, and cancel your subscription but it will remain on your dashboard. 
  • Dashboard > My Listings > Delete 
  • This will publicly remove your listing, cancel your subscription and delete it from your dashboard . You are unable to reactivate deleted accounts, this action is permanent. 
  • Free listings usually expire when the event date begins, though hosts are responsible for removing outdated posts. Premium listings remain active until the host removes them. For ongoing experiences, all listings expire after two years but can be reposted if needed.
  • Yes, you can edit your listing after it’s been published. All edits must follow Book Aerial Arts’ guidelines—failure to do so may result in your account being blocked.
  • No, each event should have only one listing. However, you can increase its visibility by linking it to related listings (like your instructor profile or retreat center), upgrading to Premium for featured placement and key highlighting features, or by using promotional tools to boost it to the top of search results or be shown on the homepage.
