To qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years old with 4-6 years of silk training experience and have completed the Aerial Physique Level One and Level Two courses.
The training explores advancded-level aerial silks instruction, including safety practices, risk assessment, sequencing, and class design. Topics also cover focused warm-up methods, C-shaping skills, complex drops and S-wraps, and performance quality.
To earn certification, participants must complete the course, successfully pass evaluations in knowledge, movement, and teaching, and provide proof of current CPR / First Aid credentials (which can be completed separately online).
