The Limitless Retreat brings together 2 retreats in one. It's aerial yoga teacher training and an aerial silks, sling and lyra retreat.
Enjoy aerial training, movement exploration, strength conditioning, and creative practice in one immersive experience. Hosted at Casa Chango near Puerto Escondido, these retreat weeks focus on helping aerial students push their boundaries technically and artistically while also enjoying relaxation time in a beautiful tropical environment.
Daily instructional training sessions on various apparatuses, workshops that explore movement integration and performance quality, and optional community activities like beach outings and group meals. Between classes, students can enjoy the eco-retreat’s pool, lounges, hammocks, and open gym spaces. The Limitless concept is designed to offer both structure and freedom, guiding participants through skill development while also encouraging self-directed training and creative play in classes and open practice time.

Circus Slither is open to all levels, though participants should have at least 3–4 months of aerial apparatus experience and feel comfortable inverting in a sling.
