AIReal 200 is a 200-hour pathway that qualifies you to teach both mat-based yoga and AIReal Yoga. The course blends self-paced video lessons with live Zoom check-ins and Q&A, then culminates in a 10-day, hands-on immersion with founder Carmen Curtis in Ventura, California.
